All Nauticalloy Marine Propeller Shafting materials are Precision Ground to order from oversize bar enabling us to offer lengths to meet your exact requirments.

A straightness tolerance between 0.005”-0.010” TIR and a consistant surface finish of 32 Cla Maximum is achived to ensure the highest possible quality.

Shaft lengths from 1 metre to 15 metres long are available on short lead times subject to raw material stock availability. Many other grades can be offered , if not listed above please ask as Millstock Stainless work with a number of key European Stainless Steel Producers and have access to large mill stocks on the continent that can be offered to supplement our own considerable stock.

All shafts are precision ground in our own state of the art grinding shop giving us the flexibility to meet very tight delivery times if required.

All Nauticalloy Grades are supplied with full 3.1 mill certificates and if required Third Party inspection certificates can be supplied with testing to LRS, BV, ABS, RINA, DNV-GL, CCS, RMRS to mention a few.
